Gooseberries

Here are some of the plants around our home that serve dual purposes: aesthetic appeal (color, form, texture, etc.) and taste (fruit and vegetables). I love plants that are purely beautiful (roses, lilacs, clematis) or fragrant (daphne, sarcococca), but the idea of combining aesthetic appeal plus edibility in landscape really appeals to me.
